A: As our client, you will have a nominated consultant that has worked with you step by step and you would be provided with his / her contact details.
In case of unavailability of your nominated consultant, you can contact us via our hotline and the consultant on call will return your call as soon as possible.
Q: How much do I get charge incase of emergency?
A: If you are an iConnect member, you are entitle of free 30 minutes phone support between 9 am – 7pm. Also as a member you get discount on our hourly rates from $99.00 per hour to $77.00 AUD including GST.
For non iConnect member customers, Fee of $35.00 AUD per hour applies for all phone and remote supports and standard $99.00 AUD per hour for onsite support plus travel.

A: As an iConnect member you get 24/7 access to all our online training to recap our productivity strategies or learn new strategies. Our online training provides you with full documentation of our strategies and videos of all other service providers. Links to most useful business sources to enhance your business. Q: Can I cancel my iConnect subscription? What steps are involved?
A: Yes, In order to cancel a subscription, you must contact I Educate You online.
You have 30 days to cancel your subscription after placing your order during the initial subscription term, but you will not be refunded for the first month of your subscription.
If you choose to terminate your subscription after the 30-day cancellation window during the initial subscription term, you are only entitled to a credit or refund for half that subscriptions remaining term.
E.g If you made the payment of $365 for year and after 10 months you would like to cancel. You can simply request it online and as you have paid $1 per day, remaining days assuming they are 30 days months, you are entitle to 60 days half price refund for $30.00 AUD
